Classes are booked very quickly so we recommend reserving your place as soon as possible.
Places are allocated on a first-come-first-served basis.

MEMBERS: Simply enter your membership details below and our team will confirm your booking by return email.
(There is no online booking fee - payment for the class will be as per your existing membership agreement.)

Pilates is a relaxing yet effective workout consisting mostly of mat work.

It focuses on core strength, toning and improving posture. It’s an excellent stress buster and although you won’t leave out of breath you will feel the benefits. Pilates is suitable for all to enjoy as exercises can be adapted to suit.
